Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ollar Studios
At Ollar Studios, we aim to provide a premium and professional experience for every creator, brand, and couple who partners with us. Whether you're booking our podcast production studio, photography rental space, or engaging our team for wedding, pre-wedding, fashion, or product shoots, this policy ensures clarity and fairness for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Podcast Production Studio – Mumbai
Applicable to: Podcast Studio Rentals in Mumbai
Cancellations:
- 48+ hours before session: Full refund or reschedule without penalty.
- 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund or reschedule (₹500 rebooking fee may apply).
- Less than 24 hours: No refund. Partial credit (up to 30%) may be considered.
No-Shows:
Clients who fail to show up or arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice will forfeit the booking with no refund.
Rescheduling:
One-time rescheduling allowed free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Photography Studio Rental – Mumbai
Applicable to: Photography Studio Rental in Mumbai
Cancellations:
- 72+ hours in advance: Full refund or free reschedule.
- 48–72 hours before shoot: 50% refund or one-time reschedule.
- Less than 48 hours: No refund.
Rescheduling:
- Free rescheduling once if notified at least 48 hours before.
- Late rescheduling requests may incur a ₹1,000 fee.
No-Shows & Time Overruns:
Late arrivals beyond the booked slot are not compensated with extra time unless the next slot is free (extra charges apply). No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Wedding, Pre-Wedding, Fashion, and Product Photography Services
Advance Deposit:
All bookings require a non-refundable advance (20–30%) to confirm the date.
Cancellation Terms:
- 30+ days before event/shoot: 50% refund of total paid (excluding advance).
- 15–30 days prior: 25% refund (excluding advance).
- Less than 15 days prior: No refund.
Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling allowed once for pre-wedding, fashion, or product shoots with 7+ days’ notice.
- Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a ₹2,000 fee, subject to availability.
Force Majeure:
- Free rescheduling within 90 days for weather or government restrictions.
- Studio/service credit valid for 6 months.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
