Do you shoot outside Mumbai / pan-India?
Yes. We serve couples across Mumbai and pan-India. Travel/Stay is billed at cost; we recommend locking dates early for non-Mumbai shoots so we can handle logistics and light scouting.
How many photos will we receive?
Depends on the package and hours. As a guide: half-day ≈ 60 edited images; full-day ≈ 100+ edited images. We prioritize quality and storytelling over volume.
What’s the turnaround time?
Photo previews in ~5–7 business days. Final edited photos in ~2–3 weeks. Reels in ~7–10 days; longer films in ~3–4 weeks. Express delivery is available as an add-on.
Do you offer cinematography/reels?
Yes; add a 60–90s highlight reel or a 3–4 minute cinematic film to any package. We plan music, pacing, and transitions during pre-production so the shoot flows naturally.
Studio vs outdoor; what do you recommend?
Both work. Outdoors give you iconic Mumbai backdrops; our studio is monsoon-proof with controlled lighting and curated sets. Many couples do a hybrid: studio for portraits + one outdoor location for scale.
Do you provide hair/makeup or styling help?
We can recommend trusted HMUA/stylists and share a prep guide (colors, fits, textures). On-shoot tweaks are covered; full styling is an add-on.
Can you fly a drone in Mumbai?
Drone use is location- and regulation-dependent. If permitted, we’ll arrange licensed operators and necessary clearances. When drones aren’t allowed, we plan elevated vantage points for a similar feel.
Do you share RAW files?
We deliver high-resolution edited images; RAWs aren’t part of standard packages. If you need them for a specific reason, discuss it before booking—terms and fees apply.
What’s the booking process and payment schedule?

We take a retainer of 30–50% to lock your date and team. It’s credited against your package total. The balance is split across milestones (before the shoot and on delivery). If your plans shift, we can move the retainer to one new date subject to our calendar – just give us advance notice.
Do you offer refunds if we cancel or plans change?
The retainer secures crew and prep time, so it’s non-refundable, but transferable once to a new date (subject to availability). If we ever have to cancel, you’ll receive a 100% refund of all payments. For client-initiated cancellations close to the shoot, any venue/permit costs already paid are deducted.
